Change Management FireSTARTER!'s Change Management facility is typically used to track more complex calls or small-scale projects. Typically, Change Management projects impact on more than one user or client. Change Management projects can have an unlimited number of project steps and linked external files such as spreadsheets and documents.   You can also link calls to a Change Management project. For example, if your helpdesk receives a large number of calls from your clients reporting a bug in a product, you can set up one Change Management project to track the project to fix this bug and link all the Helpdesk calls to this project. Then at one stroke your clients can then be automatically notified when the project is closed.
